Lincoln County Sheriff’s Report: Active Threats Against County Facilities Land Suspect in Jail

Last Week, Lincoln County Sheriff’s Deputies conducted 24 traffic stops and 17 security checks. There were 4 incidents involving cars hitting deer.

Tuesday, the sheriff’s office was alerted to an active threat against both the Lincoln County sheriff’s office and the Department of Probation and Parole. The reporting party stated Tristan Zdroik of Merrill made threats of shooting at both locations. As a result, a warrant was issued for Tristan’s arrest. Deputies then went to Tristan’s residence, located him and took him into custody. He was eventually transported to the Lincoln County Jail and booked in for disorderly conduct, felon in possession of a firearm, intentionally pointing a firearm at a person, and a probation violation.
